Support language property

Currently, only one English word is surfaced to the user, "Toggle", which appears when the user hovers over the expand/collapse icons next to each parent node. With the addition #79, additional text will exist for the expand all/collapse all buttons. In order to support other languages, we should probably have a lang property that allows the developer to override any text displayed to the user.
